Very good Move by Google. Recently they introduced a new concept called google gears. Google Gears is an open source browser extension that lets developers create web applications that can run offline.Web application will work with out internet connection and then once you connected to the interenet it will synchronize to the online application. cool stuff. They use SQLite open source database to store the application for offline view.
Really intresting move by google. it will open the new gate to Web applications. Windows applications talking about online offline availability now available in web applications also.Do you think its right move by google to crush the windows application and make the web application more powerfull with Ajax kind of technologies.
